Senior Collection

A Senior Capstone collection as a fashion design student at the Savannah College of Art and Design: This is a one-of-a-kind custom collection, using lingerie elements, that take inspiration from dead roses. Through my research development, I was fascinated with the wilting stage of a rose's life cycle, focusing on color, texture, and shapes that are evident in this process. This is a hand-sewn collection, using discarded laces, along with a personally crafted lace, to represent beauty and essence that can be revealed from dead and discarded roses.
